In this phase, we strive to answer these questions:
What is happening in the existing experience or in the market?
Why is it happening?
To whom is it happening?
What is the impact and opportunity size?
The UX/CX Researcher sifts through customer research, market insights and usability insights, in a methodical and consistent way, to provide critical insights into what is really happening out in the world.
The output of this phase is an "Opportunity Map", which blends together all of the analysis into a bubble chart of the biggest opportunities to solve customer problems and unmet needs.
